1.- Maple Heights

This is a 211-acre project in Houston, TX where the objective was to subdivide the land into fully developed lots in order to sell them to several experienced homebuilders with good track-record. The project process consisted of subdivision design and planning, obtaining all the permits and licenses, and creating the infrastructure. The project was sold at an early stage to Century Communities, a public company in the United States.

2.- Maple View

This is a 236-acre project located south of Houston, TX, where the objective is to sell fully developed lots to several reputable homebuilders. The project process will consist of subdivision design and planning, obtaining all the permits and licenses, and creating the infrastructure (roads, amenities, treatment plants, etc.)

‍3.- Summit Acres

This is a development project of 11 primary residence homes in Francis, Utah. The houses will be sold according to the phases of the development. The subdivision is located 20 minutes from major ski resorts such as Park City and Deer Valley.
